Thanksgiving feasting may have left you feeling a little sluggish, so why not get out and give this workout a try to get you back into the game. Check out the latest workout created by coach Gracie which is no longer Beginner level, but progressing now to Intermediate – Intermediate Workout of the Week Nov 27. For the advanced swimmers, coach Lisa created another another challenging workout including off stroke to get you to burn off those Thankgiving treats!! Get out there and give it a try — Advanced Workout of the Week Nov 27!

Check out the latest workout from coach Gracie for Beginner level — Beginner Workout of the Week Nov 20 and give it a try!
Coach Lisa has a challenging workout that includes strength drills and off stroke for the Advanced level — Advanced Workout of the Week Nov 20. Enjoy! And make sure you refuel with a good sport drink and post workout smoothie!
