    WOMEN FIRST SWIMMING is a year-round program open to women of all ages and abilities who are looking to improve their form and endurance while also enjoying the fun and comraderie of a women-only class. Many of the women in the program are training for triathlons or open water swims.

Summer Swim Program Feedback

Sadly the summer session is over, but thankfully the weather will be cooling down and our angel coaches Sara and Jen won’t be melting on deck any more.

We’re looking at a fall or winter program and would appreciate your feedback. We would appreciate a quick email to coach Lisa at womenfirst@hotmail.com or a post to the comment section below to tell us how we’re doing.

We’d like to know:

  • how you enjoyed the program overall? was it fun? what keeps you coming back every Sat morning?
  • were the coaches sensitive to your needs, were they effective and organized with the workouts they delivered?
  • were the additional workouts posted on the website and other materials emailed to you useful?
  • were there enough opportunities to ask questions, meet with other swimmers (mermaid brunch was last week if you missed it!)
  • any other ideas you might like to see in future classes
