Mermaids,
It’s time to officially sign up for the 10 week Women First Spring Swim program!! If you are receiving this, it means you have emailed me an inquiry about signing up for the program or you have been in a past class. Please forward to anyone you think might be interested. We’ll have Super Angel coach Sara Robertson back to guide you. Note our new location a little north up Mopac off Duval. (Still easy to get to). Plus full showers and change rooms available.

The WOMEN FIRST SWIM PROGRAM is open to women of all ages and will focus on preparing you for the triathlon season with drills, strength, endurance, pacing experience and some open water skills.

This program provides:

· Weekly swim classes in a fun and supportive training environment

· Individualized feedback

· Instruction on drills, strength, and triathlon specific skills

· Workout guidelines

10 WEEK CLASS DATES: March 10, 17, 24, 31, April 21, 28, May 5, 12, 19, 26, NO MEETING EASTER Weekend April 7 or April 14

WHEN: 8-9 AM Advanced (experience swimming or past Mermaid), 9-10 AM Beginner session

WHERE: Balcones Pool located at 12017 Amhurst Dr

FEE: $105 (no USAT membership needed)
