Behaviors for late-in-life swimmers

Posted by sara on May 19, 2008

Here’s an interesting article on four behaviors late-in-life swimmers getting into triathlon ought to develop in order to achieve full personal potential.

What are your thoughts on these behaviors? Do you agree or disagree?

I really enjoyed this article. This year I am organzing a relay team to participate in a triathlon. Why a relay?? My greatest weakness is swimming. I’ll “outsource” that piece 😉 With the help of this article, I work towards implementing these nuggets into a fitness plan to get me prepared to complete my very first complete Tri’ in 2010!!!
